How do i return an item on letlex.com

  • To start a return, find the item in the purchase history section of My Order. Select “Return the item”.
  • Select the reason for the return. You may eligible for full refund, replacement or return based on the item’s condition.
  1. The website will be notified of your return request and will send you a return shipping label (If we are paying for the return).
  2. Next, pack the item carefully. Make sure to include the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and send the item back within five business days. You can drop the package off at the post office. Once you've shipped your package back to the seller, you can track the status of the returned item in the “Purchase History” section of My Order. Letlex should issue your refund within three business days after the return item status shows "Delivered" in the tracking info. If you have not received your refund after three business days, send letlex.com a message and we will address your concern.

Who pays for Return shipping ?

It depends on the reason for the return. We take full responsibility for the service and for delivery. If the item is damaged or not as described, we are covering the return shipping costs. When you're responsible for return shipping charges, you must pay for return label.

When will I receive my Refund ?

It takes three business days after receiving the returned item.

Can I return an item if i’ve used it ?

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received.

What if I missed the seller’s return timeframe ?

If it's too late to start a return, it's up to letlex.com to decide whether or not to accept a late return. Contact letlex.com for more information.

What if I started a return on time but did not ship the item on time?

If five business days have passed since you initiated a return and you haven't sent the item back yet, contact letlex.com to see whether to accept your return could still be accepted.

What if i want to exchange the item ?

Exchanges are not supported on letlex.com.

I received my item and need to replacement. What should i do ?

If the was damaged or mistake then letlex.com will replace the item for free with the one. If you want to replace the item with a new one then you must follow up after the return and place a new order.

Does letlex.com ship international orders?

Unfortunately, we are only shipping at the current time. You will be notified on the Home Page when we start international shipping.

What if I received the item which was damaged or does not match the description?

In that case please contact letlex.com, be sure to include the order number and claim the refund or replacement for free.

I have not received an Item.

Your item’s arrival time depends on the shipping method you chose when you purchased the item. To review the approximated delivery time, go to “My Order” and look up the item you ordered in your purchase history by clicking “View Order Details”. If provided tracking information displays your item as delivered, please check the address you provided in your order details or ask a neighbor to make sure she/he might have received the item meant for you. If the estimated delivery time has already passed and you’ve double-checked the delivery details, then contact letlex.com and we will address your concern.
